Karolina’s interest in Ambient, Experimental, and Downtempo music stems from the love for creating spaces where listeners can rest, ground or go through some uncomfortable but necessary thought process. This feeling pushed her into the world of sound baths, singing bowls, and gongs, where she can combine sound creation, space holding, emotional transformation, and being in service for others. Either in her project Records and Bowls or simply DJing as Karolina, in her selections, there is a noticeable sinusoid from calmness towards intensity or discomfort, which lands back again in soothing hope.
