Modula reaches its tenth release with “TV” EP, a new offering from Stylic that arrives as the Buenos Aires imprint continues to define its own terrain. The artist started behind decks in the late nineties, with production a more recent chapter in his story. His path has since taken shape across a run of releases that balance physicality with curiosity, and his work now lands in a space where dance-floor functionality meets experimental drift. The package presents two originals and their accompanying reinterpretations – Poulper and Flamme handle remix duties –, adding another chapter to a catalogue built around considered craft and the search for a distinct electronic language.
Poulper redirects “Evohouse” toward the outer lanes of the floor, trading the original’s psychedelic drift for something more direct. His version moves with an Electro-informed strut, the kind that locks hips into place and refuses to let go. Acid lines bubble beneath the surface, never overwhelming but always present, while the groove maintains a steady, no-nonsense propulsion. Where Stylic built tension through atmosphere, Poulper builds it through rhythm – insistent, physical, calibrated for the moment the night needs to shift gear. A remix that knows exactly where it’s headed and trusts the room to follow.
