The Spanish imprint Homies marks a decade of existence with a three‑volume celebration, and the second instalment reads like a passport stamped across the globe – from Ibiza to Mexico City, Belém, Berlin, London and beyond. Curses, Chris Coco, Joutro Mundo & Bernardo Pinheiro, Rollover DJs, Dicky Trisco, Zombies In Miami & Mystery Affair, Residentes Balearicos, and Camilo Miranda, just to name a few, each drop a cut into the pool. The thread connecting them is the Balearic spirit, elastic enough to stretch from sun‑bleached terraces to late‑night basement corners. A snack box of flavours, each different, none out of place, and all worth returning to.

Premiered here, “So Love In You” arrives as a handshake between two Mexican outfits who clearly finish each other’s sentences. The groove locks into a sturdy, rolling rhythm while piano chords tumble out like a cascade of bright and unfiltered joy. A vocal hook appears, simple and direct, giving the track a human pulse without clutter. It breathes with a natural, unhurried confidence, never straining for effect. The whole thing carries the energy of a room where the ceiling has disappeared and the only rule is to keep moving. Zombies In Miami and Mystery Affair deliver a thick slice of 90s-infused House Music that lands somewhere between the chest and the feet. Unpretentious, effective, and ready for a floor that knows what it wants.
