Mundo D and Burning Synth have teamed up again! Since his debut on the established Spanish outlet in 2024, Mr D has been prolifically delivering some signature cuts on other pastures such as HEARec, Logical, Club Mackan, and Espacio Cielo, just to name a few. His latest single, “On the Low,” has been perfectly timed to drop on BS just before the indoor season restarts and brings a proper remix by Francesco Cascella to spice things up. With both versions aiming at the rush hour, we can honestly say the release is a safe option for that what-now moment. No wrong choice here! But let’s focus on Francesco’s rework, shall we?

After well-received appearances on Bordello A Parigi and TAKT Recordings, the Pescara-based producer is back on Burning with another solid interpretation – and it must be a tough task to reimagine a Mundo D’s: after all, the bar needs to be at the highest level possible. If the original comes wrapped in pure cosmic dust, Francesco’s take kindles joy with heavy infusions of Italo references, giving the remix its own identity while keeping one foot planted firmly in the original’s orbit. A clever balancing act, pulled off with style and a sharp ear for the floor.

You can find (and buy) this and other music pearls on the Beatport page of the label.
