Hailing from Lima, Peru, Izakaya Deployment owes the inspiration for his moniker to the deep affection he has for Japan and its culture. Such influence can be perceived in his sober and pragmatic but extremely rich sonority in which he explores the many possibilities of bringing to life his take on high-quality underground electronic music.

His debut on Moon Harbour makes an indelible mark working hand in hand with the German artist Matthias Tanzmann for the Pisco Sour release. A track inspired by the legendary Peruvian cocktail.

Developing his own sound, he had support from artists like DJ Hell, Damon Jee, Matthias Tanzmann, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, among others.

He is the man behind No Signal Records and made music for other record labels like Moon Harbour, NEIN, Sudbeat, Bass Works and more.
