Fred-D2000, also known as Fritz Schwarz, plays a diverse mix of genres ranging from funky sci-fi Electro and Acid Techno to EBM-infused New Beat. With minimalist Detroit-style Techno at the centre of his sound, he tailors his sets to the dance floor’s energy.

Together with the collective “Aquarium,” he hosts raves and parties in and around Frankfurt, working to diversify the local underground scene beyond the realms of House and Hard Techno.

Beyond his vinyl DJ sets, Fred-D2000 also creates live visuals, plays synthesiser in the No Wave/Post-Punk band “NONO,” and produces and performs live with the Industrial/Acid Punk/EBM project “DAS,” alongside singer Felix Potyra.
