The Schrödinger’s Box was finally open, and the cat is ALIVE, biting and kicking! The promising Glasgow-based label welcomes back the genre re-defining chameleons of Hard Ton (SXDNS176) with their own characteristic brand of style-splitting Acid House Disco aka Sylvester on Acid. Working together since 2008, DJ/producer Wawashi and Heavy Metal singer Max can’t get enough of delivering high-quality material. Their next instalment, “Bigger Is Better”, a double EP album, has all the depravity and drama you would expect from these disruptors. Its five original cuts are a true showcase of the duo’s capabilities and inventiveness.

The track we were solicited to premiere is a proper New Age Rave mantra. With its steepling synth stabs, 303 barbs, frenzied percussive elements, and short but powerful lyrics, “Transcend Your Body” is another true peak-time masterpiece by the beloved act and can be safely considered the most attractive piece of the release.
