Before the year comes to an end, the respected Bolivia/France-based label HEARec found some time to add another solid release to their eclectic and rich catalogue: “Acid Jungle” is the new episode in the history of the skilled and promising duo Dos Locos. Hailing from Tel Aviv, their well-received previous works published on New Day Everyday, Ritual, and Maccabi House tell a lot about them: The lads do like acid!
Fusing elements from many a genre, mainly House, Techno, and Trance, their sonority is fully devoted to delivering an energetic and frenzied message to the dance floor through well-constructed and creative cuts.
The track we were solicited to review/premiere follows the successful recipe by presenting itself wrapped with a mind-blowing peak-time coat and a Blade-like aura. The acid layer is simply insane and brings back good recollections from our rave time back in the day.
