M.A.G.A. supporters are dumb and stupid, that’s the simple and plain truth. M.I.D.G.A. fans, in turn, are people with outstanding musical taste and tend to be open-minded and fun to be around, especially on a packed and sweaty dance floor.

In case you are still not familiar with the latter acronym, M.I.D.G.A. stands for “Make Italo Disco Great Again”, the result of the out-of-the-box collaboration between Parisian label Cracki and Hong Kong-based imprint Fauve Records. For the fourth volume of their acclaimed compilation series, none other than Mystery Affair (SXDNS202), Shubostar (SXDNS042), Sara Miller, COLE, Maltitz, and Romain FX jumped in with the best of their respective games and delivered their vision of how modern Italo-Disco-infused cuts must sound.

Premiered here, Sara Miller’s contribution to the gala comes soaked in bliss and good mood brought about by the magic concoction of a bouncing bassline topped with frolic synth layers and upbeat leads. After well-received appearances on Permanent Vacation and Live At Robert Johnson, the respected Berlin-based Irish producer held no punches for her beautiful debut on Cracki/Fauve. Kudos!
