Restless and prolific Italian producer Daniel Monaco is back on the promising Spanish label Espacio Cielo – expertly curated by Parissior – with “Planet Cruise EP”. Three massive originals that combine dark energies and percussive grooves in equal parts plus one cardinal remix by the label boss, who contributes with a remake of “Engine Test”.

“Woodoo Planet” is that kind of piece in which the artist decides to put together some very different influences and create something unique. The complexity of this concoction resulted in a track that could be defined as “Tropical Sunny and Dark Side of the Moon Cosmic Disco” – if you allow me to heighten things a little bit.

Space and Balearic at the same time, “Woodoo” can be played both at the sunset and the sunrise at a party at the seaside. The fast-paced synth layers and the Samba-influenced percussion establish the mood of this frenzied tune.
