Giulia Gutterer is a new face on Berlin’s Italo Dark Wave Disco scene, having spent some time in incubation mode, obsessively digging through the dirtiest depths for the freshest new tracks. Meanwhile, she’s been booking for the Italian dance wave label “Slow Motion” with Berlin-based DJ and nightlife fixture Franz Scala, alongside the Wrong Era parties at Diskothek Melancholie: the notorious, sweaty monthly meet-up for all the not “too hard tunz tunz music” lovers.
