Madrid-based DJ Rey Morales takes us on an interplanetary trip with the beautiful selection he kindly prepared for our mixtape series.

Venezuelan by birth, considered to be one of the pioneers of dance movement in Venezuela since 1996, Rey Morales has shared the stage with artists such as Lee Burridge, Gean Farris, Circulation, Felix The Housecat, among others, and was the special guest for Venezuela at Ministry Of Sound Caracas with DJ Lottie. His sessions have taken him to Bogotá, Cartagena, Lima, Sao Paulo, London, Barcelona and Madrid. In 2013 he excelled as official DJ for Ray-Ban in Venezuela. Based in Madrid since 2014, he has played at Sala Sol, Goya Social Club, Ballesta, Studio 76, Taboo, After Brunch and Friday’s resident DJ at Phoenix Bar and Switch: Phoenix The Club at Cafe Berlin once a month. In 2020, he launched 110 M.e.a.L. (Música electronica de absorción lenta): A Slow Dark Disco party in Madrid that can’t go up to 110 BPM.
