Another release Made In Brazil lands hot on our platform. São Paulo-based artist Bruno Henriques under the moniker Seed Selector, after a string of well-constructed works published on respected “Tupiniquim” labels such as Warung Recordings, Levels Rec, COCADA MUSIC, Sabiá, and Underdogs, makes his debut on Me Gusta Records with “Ingrediente Secreto”, a two-original (one of them presented in two versions: Original and Dub) plus two-remix EP that brings to life exactly what the rising paulistano producer envisions as dance-floor-oriented electronic music: Multi-genre-influenced House Music cuts. Expect progressiveness with references from Breakbeat, Funk, and even Miami Bass.
The interesting combination of BH’s influences allowed the remixers to go (even more) creative in their respective interpretations: While Beranger turned the title track into a Minimal/Deep Tech theme, T_Pazos brought “Relaxol” to the “baile-na-favela” realm. The Funk Carioca rework he came up with is definitely the icing on the cake of the party. Its hellish and vibrant attitude is devoted to wreaking havoc on the dance floor and making you boldly and shamelessly “ir até o chão… chão, chão, chão”.
You can find (and buy) this and other music pearls on the Beatport page of the label.
