With a distinguished sonority that skilfully combines Disco, Italo Disco, EBM, Industrial, and Techno, Rams fails to disappoint when it comes to delivering high-quality darkness-infused cuts – no fluffy or melodic stuff here, I’m afraid.

For his return to Espacio, the madrileño virtuoso brings to life “Envuelta” EP, a pure-blood single that comes with four cutting-throat remixes made with love by Pumuki, Ivan De La Rouch (FREEDL022/032), Chas, and Teemon & Poomba.

Premiered here, the original relays its message as if it were telling a story: In the introduction, the groovy and percussive drums are progressively overlapped by rhythmic elements that, together, prepare us for the next chapter, a chapter seized by acid and trippiness, intensity and furore. And then, abruptly, the conclusion: a moment in which calmness and serenity prevail. A plot extremely worth to be danced to.
