Meet Tayir, a refreshing Berlin-based duo devoted to making good music for good people. Originally from Egypt, the lads caught Tensnake’s attention and he promptly opened the doors of his acclaimed True Romance Records for the forthcoming brick on the wall of the young virtuosos’ promising journey. For the occasion, they brought to life two energetic and well-constructed originals filled with progressive and melodic elements. And before you ask: Yes, it’s 100%-guaranteed peak-time material.

Take the track we were solicited to premiere, for example: “Just Keep Me” delivers its message at 126 BPM (go for 132, if you need/like) and it comes wrapped in 1990s groove seasoned with a 2000s gait! Jubilant vocal hooks topping the percussive layer and the bouncing bassline warm you up for T-H-E piano big entrance. That’s when you have the “Oh, yeah, baby! Right there! That’s the right spot!” moment. Priceless, isn’t it?
