Malbec is a purple grape variety used in making red wine. The grapes tend to have an inky dark color and robust tannins. The acclaimed Malbec from Mendoza is dry and is one of the most popular styles of wine to emerge from Argentina. It pairs perfectly with steak, turkey, pork, and lamb or blue cheese, cheddar, Manchego, and asiago.

For “Baila Comigo”, his debut EP on the Buenos Aires-based label Fértil Discos, Andy Feldman aka DJ Andino must have opened a bottle or two of his favourite Malbec and came up with three splendid Cosmic Balearic themes, one in collaboration with master El Remolon, fusing his Latin America influences with House and Techno references. The Argentinian virtuoso has been living in Ibiza for more than 15 years and became a resident DJ in one of the most emblematic venues of the island, the mythical club Namasté.

Premiered here, the wine-infused theme presents its magic with an inebriating combination of melodic Andean soundscapes coalesced with a misbehaved House Music stride. Pan-flute-like layers and synth lines get together to deliver a proper dance-floor filler. Cheers!
