We met ButtervordieFische, a fine selector based in Offenbach am Main (Germany), a few months ago and fell in love with his music. We promptly decided to invite him for our podcast series:

“As a kid of the 90s I was always in love with Hip Hop music and soon I started to search for the original songs that have been sampled in Hip Hop beats. So I discovered my love for Jazz, Soul, Funk and Disco music. First I started digging and collecting music just for my own sake. But some time later I met my friend Knowsum and he encouraged me to start some DJ gigs as a collective. So we played in a few gigs in the area of Offenbach and Frankfurt including two appearances on Radio X. So when SXDNS asked me to put together a mix I was more than happy to share some of the music that I love. I hope I can make someone’s day a bit brighter”.
