DEBORAH X is a Rotterdam-based DJ part of the all-female DJ collective AMPFEMININE. She started DJing in 2018 and is an upcoming talent you definitely need to keep your eyes on! What do you get? Tracks that slap. Hard! DEBORAH X’s mixes are not confined to one genre. In her sets, she loves to connect everything in between groovy, Soulful and Jackin’ House with Detroit Techno and Bass. When she plays, you can expect a lot of percussion, heavy bass lines, and occasionally soulful lyrics. In her mixes, she alternates between smooth and sharp transitions that keep you on your feet. The cherry on top? The head-bopping, dancing, and lip-synching to tracks. In 2019, Deborah played at Club NYX in Amsterdam and Performance Bar and MONO in Rotterdam. One of the highlights in her DJ career up till now was when she got to warm up the stage for Josey Rebelle in BIRD, Rotterdam. She will soon make her debut in Belgium at Horst Festival 2021.
