At the age of nine, Sven Helwig became addicted to the black gold “vinyl”. For ten years, he played as a resident DJ alongside Gerd Janson and Thomas Hammann in their own club night at the well-known Robert Johnson Club in Offenbach with guests such as Carl Craig, Moodymann, Jazzanova, Redshape, Ame, Maurice Fulton, among others.

DJing isn’t just about House and Techno in their various forms, but other influences such as Disco and Hip Hop can also be heard in his sets. A member of the German House Community, his recent livestreams on Facebook along with guest DJs have established his shows as a must-watch.
