Jaime Sagastibeltza & Borja Campión aka The Two Mamarrachos (T2MM) are finally back to Nein Records. Their forthcoming “Silk Road” does not link China with Rome as the legendary trade route did, but brings the Spanish duo successfully flirting with some of their Orient influences through two outstanding originals. The icing on the cake comes in the form of three solid remixes made with love by Vleks, Csk (SXDNS088), and MI.RO.

Amid the most solicited artists of the so-called Indie Dance/Dark Disco scene, T2MM’s works can be found on important labels – besides NEIN – such as Logical, tici taci, Dogs & Vultures, Shara Music, Rotten City Files, and Playground.

Remixing a piece from the prominent duo must be quite an intricate task, but rising Mexican producer Vleks accepted the challenge and succeed admirably. His interpretation of “Special Key” is more bouncing and less Orient-influenced, and also faster (123 BPM) in comparison to the original (120 BPM), turning it into a proper Latino-influenced Dark Disco theme.
