The forthcoming release on Nothing Is Real, curated by the lads of the Italian duo Modular Project (SXDNS136), is unmissable. The reason? Take three: Respected producer Alfredo Cárdenas aka Montessori brings to life his “Glue In The Sand” EP featuring two cutting-edge originals. Then (part I), teaming up in the title track, comes rising Mexican star Vongold (SXDNS236) dropping some mental vocals. Then (part II), Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht and Astroloop (SXDNS253) deliver ace remixes of Ms. “Glue”.

The original, premiered here, is a perfect example of the so-called modern Indie Dance. The theme starts showcasing its beauty with a groovy Daniele Baldelli-like Afro-cosmic percussive layer, followed by Vongold’s bright intervention with her idiosyncratic voice plus the addition of Sci-Fi-inspired FXs and lots of arpeggiated synth layers.
