After his well-received “Ingrediente Secreto” EP on Me Gusta Records, Brazilian producer Seed Selector scores another hot release, this time on Sabiá, a rising – and shining – electronic music label based in the beautiful city of Natal, in the northeast of Brazil. In “Papel”, Seed, in partnership with young producer Art Popper, widely explores his House Music influences and brings to life two insightful versions of the title track: the introspective Into Mix and the bouncing Original Mix. On the remix duties, Petty Touches and Felipe Reis brought the game to their own realms and came up with two spot-on interpretations.

Premiered here, the original is a sharp dance-floor filler. If not a peak-time banger – not every track needs to be one –, “Papel” is definitely a must-have for the fans of high-quality Deep House out there. Its crushable bassline, atmospheric synth lead, and punctual vocal hook deliver an upbeat and mesmerising cut with a smooth acid gait.

In sum: The result of the first collaboration between the Paulista artists has undoubtedly left a “gostinho de quero mais” in the air. Kudos!
