For its forthcoming episode, normtusa welcomes back Molsy, the label owner himself, who has opened the vaults of his inner influences to deliver some darker cuts to contrast with the groovy and funky aura of his output as Max Ølsen: “Faces” is a Rock-infused and intense theme that showcases the man of the hour’s versatility – it must not be so easy to switch from Max Ølsen’s House & Tech House to Molsy’s Indie Dance & Dark Disco and keep the standard high. Enriching the release, super remixes by veterans Mundo D, ETANE, and Tierra De Ovnis (SXDNS295), and newcomer NQUA.

Premiered here, Tierra De Ovnis’ interpretation brings the original to another realm: An acid and psychedelic take with the characteristic extraterrestrial touch of the skilled Mexican virtuoso. The softer guitar riffs allied with the Miss-Kittin-like vocals fixed up a kind of Post-Punk & Electro Clash atmosphere, which helped to keep the aforementioned Rock vibe.
